We are seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to lead and enhance our QA processes while driving automation capabilities for a Chat web application built on cutting-edge technologies, including Node.js, Angular, and Microsoft Azure.

This role offers the opportunity to spearhead quality initiatives, establish automation frameworks, and collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality software.

Responsibilities

- Strengthen the existing team by contributing technical expertise and mentorship
- Take a leadership role in the development process and foster proactive team collaboration
- Apply best Engineering Excellence (EngX) practices and methodologies
- Adhere to agile principles and champion best practices in the development lifecycle
- Lead QA activities to elevate product quality, starting with manual testing and progressing toward team leadership
- Implement an Automation Testing Framework from the ground up
- Introduce and optimize practices related to the Azure DevOps Testing Framework

Requirements

- 3+ years of working experience in automated testing, scripting, and programming with tools like Appium or Selenium WebDriver
- Proficiency in testing frameworks including TestNG, JUnit,



or Cucumber
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, automated testing tools, and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with REST API, ADO Testing Framework, and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
