Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders across the U.S. and Canada to understand current and future workforce needs.
- Developing sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent.
- Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for a wide range of professional, technical, and leadership positions.
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate recruitment data within the ATS.
- Advising hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
- Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience through proactive communication and timely feedback.
- Supporting offer negotiations and coordinating hiring activities through to onboarding.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships while delivering high-quality recruiting outcomes in a dynamic environment.
