? THE ROLE

10:30 AM in New York. The Director of Revenue Cycle at a community hospital joins a call with Staffingly for the first time. Aging AR. Denials piling up. Prior auths holding up procedures. She has heard outsourcing promises before.

You lead the presentation, with a Staffingly sales team member by your side, using a deck you built for her hospital. You ask the right questions. You answer the hard ones. By minute 30, she is asking who else from her team should join the next call.

Then you do it again. A multi-specialty group at 1 PM. An OBGYN practice at 3 PM.

3 to 4 live demo presentations a day, leading from day one. No cold calling. No chasing leads. The meetings are already booked.

?‍⚕️ WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH A large part of our client base is women's health. We support OBGYN and women's health practices led by female physicians across the US, and we work closely with our own women co-founders on these accounts.

✅ WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Lead 3 to 4 live demos daily with US hospital leaders, physicians, and practice owners
- Build and customize sales decks for each organization
- Answer RCM, EMR, payer, and workflow questions with real expertise
- Hand off to our onboarding team with clear notes
- Keep sharpening your skills through our rigorous training

? WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 8 years supporting US healthcare practices as a virtual medical assistant
- A degree in a healthcare field (medicine, nursing, dentistry, physical therapy, pharmacy, or similar)
- Exceptional spoken and written English. You will present to US executives every day
- Excellent presentation skills, a polished professional appearance, and a warm personality
- Working knowledge of multiple EMRs, US payers, and the revenue cycle
- Able to work US Eastern hours from Colombia, with a quiet professional workspace, strong internet, and quality audio and video setup

⭐ BIG PLUS

Customer success or account management experience on top of your VMA background. OBGYN or women's health practice experience. Hospital or health system RCM experience. Deck building. Prior authorization, denial management, or AR follow-up. Comfort with AI tools. Bilingual Spanish and English.
