Paid Social Specialist (Meta Ads)

About The Role We are looking for a results-driven Paid Social Specialist who lives and breathes paid social advertising. You know how to uncover audience opportunities in campaign data, create compelling ad copy and creative that captures attention, and understand what makes one campaign convert while another falls short.

In this role, you will manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), with opportunities to expand into additional social platforms. You will oversee everything from audience targeting and campaign structure to budget management, creative testing, and performance optimization, with a primary focus on lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Write, test, and optimize ad copy and creative across static images, video, carousels, and Reels.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective advertising assets and creative strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and conduct case studies to uncover optimization opportunities.
- Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and lead form tracking to ensure accurate conversion measurement.
- Manage campaign budgets and bids while continuously refining audience targeting, including custom audiences, lookalikes, interest-based targeting, and retargeting.
- Make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance and maximize lead generation results.
- Collaborate with team members to meet client objectives, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Stay current on paid social trends, Meta advertising updates, platform policies, and industry best practices.




- Participate in regular client calls to present campaign performance, communicate results, and discuss strategic next steps.

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Candidates without previous experience running Meta Ads or equivalent paid social campaigns will not be considered.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and how different marketing channels work together.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- A balance of creative thinking and analytical problem-solving.
- Confidence communicating with clients through phone and video calls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional advertising platforms, such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
- Meta Blueprint certifications, particularly the Meta Certified Media Buying Professional credential.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with medical or healthcare terminology and advertising policies for health-related campaigns.
- A good sense of humor and a positive attitude.
