About the Role

We are looking for an EXCEPTIONAL Senior Video Editor with advanced, proven expertise in AI-powered video production.

This is not an entry-level position. We are searching for a highly experienced creative professional who combines elite video editing skills with a deep understanding of generative AI, cinematic storytelling, advanced visual effects, and modern content production.

Our adecuado candidate does not simply know how to use AI tools. They know how to push these technologies to their limits to create outstanding, realistic, visually impressive content that would be difficult or impossible to produce through traditional editing alone.

You must be capable of taking raw footage, creative concepts, or basic references and transforming them into premium, scroll-stopping content with minimal supervision.

We are looking for a true expert, not someone experimenting with AI video editing.

Key Responsibilities

- Produce exceptional, professional-grade short-form and long-form videos for automotive brands, social media, and digital advertising.
- Create cinematic automotive reels, luxury vehicle advertisements, promotional campaigns, and visually striking branded content.
- Use advanced generative AI tools to create realistic video sequences, cinematic environments, animations, transitions, and sophisticated visual effects.
- Seamlessly combine AI-generated footage with real-world footage to achieve professional, realistic results.
- Develop complex AI-assisted creative concepts from start to finish.
- Execute advanced motion graphics, compositing, color grading, sound design, and visual storytelling.
- Create highly engaging content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and digital advertising platforms.




- Continuously research, test, and implement cutting-edge AI video technologies.
- Maintain exceptional quality standards while delivering projects efficiently and meeting strict deadlines.
- Work independently, solve creative challenges, and consistently exceed expectations.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants MUST meet ALL of the following requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience, with a proven record of delivering high-quality commercial or social media content.
- Demonstrable professional experience using generative AI for video production. Basic familiarity or occasional experimentation is NOT sufficient.
- Advanced mastery of professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong, hands-on experience with leading AI video generation and creative tools, such as Runway, Kling AI, Google Veo, Adobe Firefly, or comparable technologies.
- Ability to generate, manipulate, and integrate AI-created visual content into polished, professional video productions.
- Advanced skills in cinematic editing, visual effects, compositing, motion graphics, and professional color grading.
- Exceptional creative judgment, visual storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to produce premium commercial-quality videos independently, from concept to final delivery.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, advertising formats, and audience engagement.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- A powerful and reliable computer capable of handling demanding editing and AI production workflows.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Must currently reside in Bogotá or Medellín, Colombia.

Portfolio Requirements – MANDATORY A professional portfolio is REQUIRED to be considered for this position.

Your portfolio must demonstrate

1. Exceptional video editing skills and professional production quality.
2. Real examples of AI-generated or AI-enhanced video content created by you.
3. Advanced visual effects, cinematic editing, and creative storytelling.
4. The ability to deliver polished, commercially viable content rather than basic edits or generic templates.

Applicants must also specify which AI video generation tools they have used professionally and describe their level of expertise with each. Applications without a portfolio demonstrating advanced AI video production capabilities will NOT be considered.

Compensation

USD $700–$1,500 per month, paid in U.S. dollars.

Final compensation will depend on demonstrated technical expertise, AI production capabilities, professional experience, and portfolio quality.
