- Strictly adheres to guidelines for acquisition, maintenance, retention, and disposition of fixed assets and associated records.
- Affixes inventory tags to designated assets and equipment and replace damaged asset tags.
- Performs field inventory by physically locating, identifying, and counting assets to keep the auxiliary management database up to date without repeated, incorrect, or inaccurate information.
- Arranges and completes the physical transfer/disposal of surplus/obsolete/damaged items.
- Supervision with handling surplus and storage areas of the inventory section.
- Lead the solution of minor inventory location/usage discrepancies.
- Takes over any asset assignation considering all the internal regulations and provides a record of the completed action to the user. Completing the request includes updating the fixed assets database per assignation.
- Looks over the damaged furniture and arranges the asset replacement complying with all the internal policies and the provider's regulations.
