North Star PEO Advisors is a Miami, Florida firm that helps U.S. small businesses lower their costs for payroll, employee benefits, and workers' compensation. We compare offers from leading PEO companies for free and show business owners how much they can save. We're hiring [3–5] English-speaking cold callers in Colombia to grow with us.

No license or industry experience required. We train you on everything you need to know.

What you'll do

- Make outbound cold calls to owners of U.S. businesses with 10 to 100 employees
- Introduce our free cost comparison service
- Find out who makes the decision, how many employees they have, and when their current contract renews
- Book meetings between the business owner and our advisor
- Log every call in our CRM and follow up with prospects

You will not sell or give advice on insurance, payroll, or benefits. Your job is to start the conversation and book the meeting. Our advisor handles the rest.

What we provide

- Targeted call lists of U.S. businesses that fit our idóneo client
- CRM, phone system, scripts, and training
- You never pay us anything. No fees, no training costs, no equipment purchases from us.

What you can earn
- Weekly base: $100 USD (approx. 330,000 COP) for meeting agreed hours and call activity
- Each qualified meeting held: $25 USD (approx. 80,000 COP)
- Each signed client, 10–24 employees: $300 USD (approx. 990,000 COP)
- Each signed client, 25+ employees: $600 USD (approx. 1,980,000 COP)





A qualified meeting means the business owner or decision maker attends, the company has 10 or more employees, and its contract renews within 120 days. Example month: Weekly base ($400 USD) + 12 qualified meetings ($300 USD) + 1 signed client ($300 USD) = $1,000 USD (approx. 3,300,000 COP). There is no earnings cap.

COP amounts are approximate and change with the exchange rate. All payments are made in USD. Base and meeting pay are paid weekly; signed-client bonuses are paid monthly.

Schedule

[Full-time / part-time], Monday to Friday, [9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.] U.S. Eastern Time. Start date: ASAP.

Requirements

- Advanced or native spoken English with clear pronunciation (Spanish is a plus; many of our clients are Hispanic business owners)
- Cold calling, call center, or phone sales experience (U.S. clients preferred)
- Comfortable hearing "no" and moving on to the next call
- Your own computer, stable internet, and a headset with microphone
- A quiet place to work
- Coachable, consistent, and motivated by results

Contract: Independent contractor (prestación de servicios), 100% remote from Colombia.
