The Qualifications We Seek

Must-Have Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in coordination, project management, or account operations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including strong grammar and professional business correspondence.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and strong deadline management.
- Availability to work East Coast US business hours, aligned with the client's operational requirements.




- Confidence and professionalism in customer calls and interactions with manufacturing partners.
- Residence in Bogotá, Colombia, or willingness to relocate, with mandatory onsite attendance at a shared office.
- Previous in-person people management experience, preferably with exposure to team leadership and office operations.
- Practical experience with CRM platforms such as Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Notion, Airtable, or Monday.com , with the ability to demonstrate specific involvement in system usage, configuration, administration, or implementation.

- Ability to collaborate with an AI & Automation Systems Engineer to identify operational gaps, recommend improvements, and prioritize a shared development backlog.
- Experience with structured accountability frameworks, including weekly scorecards,



objectives and key results (OKRs), or comparable recurring performance reviews.
- Previous exposure to manufacturing operations across any industry.

Preferred Certifications

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
- PRINCE2 Foundation.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or HubSpot Academy CRM Certification.

- Experience with CRM and automation platforms such as Attio, Noloco, or n8n.
