Hi everyone!

I'm currently looking for a Principal Product Designer (Enterprise UX) to join a integral technology company.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced, hands-on designer who enjoys simplifying complex enterprise software, connecting workflows across systems, and creating intuitive, scalable digital experiences.

You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to turn complex challenges into thoughtful, high-quality product experiences.

What you'll be doing:

- Lead end-to-end UX and product design for complex enterprise applications and interconnected workflows.
- Define experience architecture, user flows, interaction patterns, and scalable design solutions across systems.
- Create high-fidelity interfaces, interactive prototypes, and detailed specifications using Figma or comparable tools.
- Design sophisticated interactions involving multiple user roles, permissions, application states, and error handling.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to validate solutions and support implementation.
- Explore AI-enabled interactions, intelligent recommendations, and automation while maintaining usability and user control.

What we're looking for:

- Strong professional experience in Product Design, UX Design,



or Interaction Design, preferably within enterprise software or B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to independently lead complex, end-to-end product design initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
- Solid experience with systems thinking, experience architecture, and complex user workflows.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, usability, accessibility, and scalable design patterns.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on design work, complex problem-solving, and measurable product impact.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

- Experience designing AI-powered, conversational, or intelligent product experiences.
- Background in dashboards, analytics platforms, CRM, or enterprise productivity tools.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, design systems, or coded prototyping.
