About the Role

Rose Harper Law is looking for a creative, results-driven YouTube Video Editor & SEO Strategist to help us grow our YouTube presence and generate organic leads.

We're looking for someone who understands that YouTube is more than just views and subscribers. Our goal is to attract potential clients through valuable, engaging, and search-optimized video content.

The adecuado candidate has proven experience helping service-based businesses generate organic leads through YouTube, with a strong understanding of YouTube SEO, content strategy, and video editing in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality, engaging YouTube videos, including long-form content and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop and execute a YouTube strategy focused on organic lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and other relevant SEO elements.
- Identify content opportunities based on search intent, audience needs, and relevant industry trends.
- Optimize content for both English- and Spanish-speaking audiences.
- Develop content calendars and recommend video topics that attract potential clients.
- Analyze YouTube performance using YouTube Analytics and other SEO tools.
- Track and report key performance indicators, including organic traffic, watch time, engagement, click-through rates, and lead conversions.
- Continuously improve video content and strategy based on performance data.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a YouTube Video Editor, YouTube SEO Specialist, or Content Strategist.
- Demonstrated success generating organic leads through YouTube for service-based businesses.
- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, keyword research, audience targeting,



and content optimization.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- Experience creating engaging thumbnails, hooks, and audience-retention strategies.
- Ability to develop and optimize content in both English and Spanish.
- Experience using YouTube Analytics and SEO research tools.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable using Time Doctor for time tracking during working hours.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with law firms or other professional service-based businesses.
- A portfolio demonstrating measurable YouTube growth and organic lead generation.
- Experience with YouTube Shorts and repurposing long-form videos.
- Knowledge of conversion-focused content strategies.
