A leading multinational organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner with operational leadership and drive business performance through strategic people initiatives.

This role requires a strong operational mindset, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and proven experience leading HR strategies within large, complex organizations.

Responsibilities

- Serve as a strategic HR partner to operational and business leaders.
- Drive initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.
- Support business leaders in achieving operational goals through people-focused strategies.
- Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation efforts.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, leadership development, succession planning, and talent management.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and HR best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.




- Significant experience in Human Resources leadership roles within large-scale organizations.
- Proven track record supporting operational teams and business leaders in achieving performance objectives.
- Experience developing and implementing initiatives that improve organizational performance and business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
