We are looking for a
Senior Performance & Security Engineer
to help ensure our digital banking platform is secure, reliable, and ready to perform under demanding conditions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering
, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in Software Engineering
, including 3+ years in Performance, Reliability, or Application Security Engineering.
Experience building
performance or security testing practices from the ground up
.
Hands-on experience with
load testing tools
such as k6, JMeter, Gatling, or Locust.
Experience with
web and API penetration testing
,
using Burp Suite or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of
SQL and database performance optimization
, preferably PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Experience with
observability tools
, such as OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, Grafana, or Datadog.
Knowledge of
AWS, CI/CD integration, and performance monitoring
.
Experience with
multi-tenant systems
or regulated financial environments is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
English level B2 or higher.
