This role exists to make sure our software actually works the way it should.
As our Senior QA Analyst, you'll be the one testing what we build, catching issues before they reach clients, and helping our teams release software with confidence.
Looking For Someone With: Strong verbal and written English communication skills Service-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities Solid knowledge of IT and deep understanding of the SDLC Proven ability to design test cases, execute test plans, log and track defects, and collaborate closely with development teams Ability to take ownership of testing processes and mentor junior team members Qualifications:



7+ years of related professional experience , with at least 5 years in Software Quality Assurance Strong hands-on individual contributor experience, with the ability to independently execute and test solutions rather than primarily manage others.
Hands-on experience testing SaaS software Experience with Jira, Postman, and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field Background in SaaS software development environments We're offering: Fully remote work environment Ability to work aligned with Pacific Time Zone (U.S.) standard business hours Up to 10 working days of paid vacation per year Up to 5 working days of paid sick leave per year US public holidays *This is a fully remote role and we do not provide equipment.
