Overseas is seeking a Clinician Onboarding Specialist to own the clinician onboarding experience.
You will lead three-hour live onboarding calls, walk clinicians through the EHR platform and payroll system via screen share, and prepare materials for each session.
You will support clinicians with follow-up questions, flag recurring issues, and help improve materials and workflows over time.
This is a remote, full-time role open to candidates in Latin America.
