Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking qualified and experienced bilingual legal professionals to join our team as Legal Case Managers supporting our US-based personal injury law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and manage personal injury cases.
- Review police reports, insurance documents, and legal records.
- Coordinate clients' medical appointments and treatment.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
- Monitor case progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist with settlement negotiations and case closures.
Requirements:
- Law Degree (LLB or equivalent).
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Previous legal or case management experience.
- Experience with US law firms or personal injury cases preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Additional Benefits:
- 2.5% of the net fee for each pre-litigation case managed through closing.
- All training hours are paid at the regular hourly rate.
