Impressit is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own product direction and outcomes on our larger and more complex client engagements, and to help set the product bar for the whole PM team.

For this position, you should be based in Medellín, Colombia, or be available to work during US Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
What you will do
Run discovery with clients
to understand their workflows, users, and the outcomes they are buying
Define the problem
and the minimum sellable product, keeping scope honest: what is in, what is out, and what comes later
Use AI to speed up discovery, requirements
, and specs, and to build quick prototypes
Own the product roadmap and backlog
for your engagements, prioritizing by value and feasibility
Write clear user stories
and acceptance criteria that engineering teams and AI-assisted workflows can execute directly
Keep estimates and scope aligned
with Impressit's point-based delivery model
Act as the senior product point of contact
for clients, including executives and sponsors
Own product outcomes:
adoption, value delivered, and client satisfaction
Run UAT and feedback loops
, and act on what they surface
Partner with engineering
through the sprint cycle (planning, build and demo, review, retrospective) to ship on cadence
Mentor less experienced PMs,
help onboard new ones, and raise the bar for discovery, story writing, and roadmap discipline
Spot reusable patterns




across engagements and feed them into Impressit's core IP
Identify expansion and upsell opportunities
through product value and share them with Sales
What we expect
6+ years of product management experience
, owning products end to end
Strong
SaaS background
: shipping and growing SaaS products, with fluency in SaaS metrics such as activation, retention, churn, and expansion
Fluency using AI across the product workflow
: discovery synthesis, story and spec drafting, prototyping, and research
Track record of
owning product outcomes
, not just delivery, and holding scope
Strong
client-facing communication
, including with executives and sponsors
Experience reaching out to customers directly,
gathering feedback
, and turning it into product improvements
Structured,
analytical mindset
with the ability to break ambiguous problems into clean, buildable pieces
Comfortable working with

Advanced level of English
As a plus
Experience as a product manager in a services, agency, or consulting setting building client-configured products
Experience with point-based, outcome-based, or other non-hourly estimation and pricing models
Experience mentoring or leading other PMs
Background in solutions architecture or a strongly solutions-oriented product role
Experience applying AI and automation to product and delivery workflows (story drafting, process mapping, data piping)
Experience in regulated or specialized verticals such as biotech, medical, or militech
Familiarity with JIRA, ClickUp, and CRM tools
Experience working in distributed, multilingual teams across time zones
