At Publicis Production, based in Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst with
2+ years of experience
performing similar roles within
post-production, media, creative, advertising, or IT/Tech environments
.
The mission of this role will be to manage end-to-end talent attraction and selection processes, identifying and engaging talent aligned with Publicis Production's business needs while ensuring a consistent candidate experience, effective collaboration with global Hiring Managers, and compliance with Talent Acquisition processes and standards within our global offshoring delivery model.
Responsabilidades
Manage end-to-end talent attraction and selection processes for assigned roles, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and alignment with business requirements.
Conduct proactive sourcing and talent mapping through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, internal databases, referrals, and other relevant recruitment channels.
Participate in
briefing and role intake calls with Hiring Managers and stakeholders across Publicis Groupe's global agencies
, understanding business needs, role requirements, priorities, timelines, and key selection criteria.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with integral Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process, providing pipeline updates, market insights,



and visibility into potential challenges.
Screen and assess candidates through structured and competency-based interviews, ensuring alignment between their experience, technical capabilities, expectations, and the requirements of each role.
Manage candidate pipelines within the ATS, ensuring accurate and timely documentation, tracking, and compliance throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
Coordinate interviews, technical assessments, and other evaluation stages between candidates and Hiring Managers across different markets and time zones.
Provide a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the selection process, maintaining clear communication and proper follow-up.
Monitor assigned recruitment metrics and SLAs, identifying potential bottlenecks and escalating risks or deviations when necessary.
Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies for hard‐to‐fill profiles, particularly across
post-production, creative, media, and technology disciplines
.
Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve sourcing, candidate assessment, research, documentation, and overall recruitment efficiency.
Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, process improvements, market research, and projects aimed at strengthening the team's effectiveness and delivery.
Ensure compliance with Publicis Production and Publicis Groupe Talent Acquisition policies, processes, procedures, and standards.
Cualificaciones
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience
in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or similar roles.




Hands‐on experience managing recruitment processes from sourcing through candidate selection and offer stages.
Experience recruiting profiles within at least one of the following environments:
post-production, creative, media, advertising, or IT/Tech
.
Strong sourcing capabilities using
LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and headhunting techniques
.
Experience working with
ATS platforms
and maintaining accurate recruitment data and pipelines.
Experience using
AI-powered tools for recruitment, sourcing, research, and process optimization
.
Knowledge of competency‐based interviewing and candidate assessment methodologies.
Ability to work with recruitment metrics and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
Experience working with global teams, remote interviews, and stakeholders across different markets is highly desirable.
Advanced English proficiency (C1), with the ability to confidently conduct interviews, briefing calls, and recruitment conversations with international stakeholders.
