? Competitive Salary

- Training: $2,284,072 COP + $249,095 COP transportation allowance.
- Operations: $2,664,750 COP + $249,095 COP transportation allowance.
- Bonus depending on performance, between 15% to 35% of salary.
- Seasonal events contests. ( Gift cards, payroll and physical prices).

? Work Location: On-site in Toberín, Bogotá.

? Schedule: Full-time position with daytime shifts.

? Start Date: December 01, 2026.

Requirements: Intermediate - Advanced English level, BPO or customer service experience. Collections or sales experience is a plus, but is not required.
