Iron Mountain está buscando un motivado DIgitador Operativo para nuestra sede.
En este rol, serás responsable del apoyo en el área de operaciones, Apoyo en procesos operativos y administrativos de digitacion y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos.
Responsabilidades
- Ejecutar los procesos técnicos de intervención física sobre el papel en los fondos documentales a intervenir.
- Clasificacion de archivos
- Digitalizacion
- Radicacion de archivos
- Seguimiento a operaciones
- Movimiento de cajas
- Reporte de novedades
- Ingreso de datos al sistema de la compañia
Experiencia:
Minimo 12 meses en proyectos de organización, depuración y FUID.digitalizacion, archivistica, o gestion documental
Habilidades y Cualificaciones
- Conocimientos Específicos: Sólido conocimiento ofimático (Microsoft Office y similares) y capacidad para seguir procedimientos operativos.
- Habilidades Comprobadas:Adaptabilidad, responsabilidad y trabajo en equipo.
- Requisito Educativo:
Bachiller y/o Tecnico de carreras archivisticas
