We are looking for a Data Analysis Specialist with strong experience in data visualization, reporting, and analysis. This role will be responsible for transforming complex data into clear, insightful dashboards that support business decision-making. The adecuado candidate is highly organized, proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Analyze and transform complex datasets into meaningful and actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Perform advanced data analysis and reporting using Excel.




- Translate business and stakeholder requirements into effective dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports and dashboards.
- Communicate analytical findings and insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Proactively identify reporting improvements and opportunities for deeper analysis.

Qualifications

- English B2+ or higher.
- 5+ years of experience in dashboard development and data visualization, using Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong ability to transform complex data into clear, effective dashboards and actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Highly responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
