Félix is building a financial companion for Latinos in the US, combining AI-powered interfaces with real-time financial infrastructure. You will shape the core architecture of our Fintech Platform, working in a squad (Payments, Disbursements, or GRC) to build and scale backend microservices for payments, disbursements, and compliance. We value security, speed, and scalability, and offer remote-friendly work with competitive compensation and growth opportunities as Félix expands globally.
