Our client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant (Spanish) to support our personal injury litigation team across all case stages from intake through trial preparation. In this full-time remote role, you will draft and file legal documents, summarize medical records, manage case files, and track critical court deadlines. You will also communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and court personnel to ensure cases progress smoothly. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in legal management software, and full fluency in both English and Spanish.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (Georgia Time), with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

- Support the lead litigation paralegal in all stages of personal injury cases, from intake to trial preparation.
- Draft, proofread, and file legal documents including pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, medical records requests, and settlement demands.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are updated and properly categorized.
- Assist with calendaring deadlines, court appearances, depositions, and meetings.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers,



and court personnel in a professional and timely manner.
- Review and summarize medical records, bills, and insurance documentation.
- Prepare exhibits, trial notebooks, and hearing binders as needed.
- Track case progress and help ensure compliance with litigation timelines and requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a personal injury litigation setting.
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures, especially in personal injury, court filing requirements, and calendaring systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, or similar).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach with team members.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).

Qualifications

- Paralegal certification or relevant degree preferred, but not required if experience is substantial.
