USA Doors Repair is a 5.0 door and window company (350+ Google reviews) serving homes and businesses in Miami-Dade and Broward. We repair and install sliding glass, French, impact, commercial and fire-rated doors, windows and locks. Clients include property managers, HOAs, schools, clinics and retailers.

We're looking for an experienced sales professional to work directly with the owner and grow into a right-hand role. Your main goal: turn more estimates into closed jobs and grow revenue.

What you'll do

- Follow up on open estimates, negotiate and close by phone, text and WhatsApp
- Respond to and qualify new leads quickly
- Re-engage past leads and open new commercial accounts
- Prepare estimates; place and track orders
- Schedule clients and technicians; track deposits, balances and customer issues
- Use AI to improve follow-up,



communication and daily processes

What we're looking for

- Native or near-native Spanish and fluent professional English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in phone sales, closing or account management
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and organization
- Hands-on experience using AI tools at work
- Ownership: you make decisions within company guidelines and communicate honestly

Nice to have

- GoHighLevel, Workiz or another CRM
- Home services, construction or field service experience
