Staff MLOps Engineer at BairesDev

We are looking for a Staff MLOps Engineer to lead the design and implementation of large-scale ML infrastructure and automation strategies. In this role, you will provide technical leadership across multiple projects, ensuring best practices in CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. You will guide engineering teams, mentor peers, and drive the adoption of innovative MLOps tools and practices to improve the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of ML systems.

What You'll Do

- Lead the design and implementation of large-scale CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
- Architect and oversee ML infrastructure to support enterprise-level scalability and reliability.
- Drive automation strategies for model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and versioning.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on MLOps best practices and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with data science, ML, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless model integration.




- Define standards for monitoring, governance, and reproducibility across ML workflows.
- Evaluate and integrate modern MLOps frameworks, tools, and platforms.
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization in all MLOps solutions.

What We Are Looking For

- 7+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or ML infrastructure engineering.
- Strong background in software architecture design.
- Strong understanding of system security.
- In-depth knowledge of performance optimization, automation, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and lifecycle automation at scale.
- Skilled in cloud environments and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Skilled in relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to evaluate and select MLOps tools/technologies, understanding trade-offs at an enterprise level.

Advanced level of English.
