Role Overview

Join Job Duck as a Bilingual Social Media Assistant and play a key role in bringing ideas to life through engaging digital content and strategic outreach. In this position, you will support leadership by creating impactful social media assets, editing compelling video content, and expanding brand visibility through podcast partnerships and guest appearances. Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [MST][MDT] (United States of America)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

- Maintaining and managing the social media content calendar.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all creative assets and communications.
- Collaborating closely with the CEO and leadership team to transform ideas into polished content.
- Preparing reports and recommendations based on analytics.
- Monitoring engagement metrics and content performance.
- Coordinating podcast guest appearances, scheduling, and preparation materials.




- Conducting outreach to podcast hosts and producers and managing follow-up communications.
- Researching podcast opportunities aligned with company objectives.
- Designing graphics for social media posts, carousels, promotional campaigns, and other branded materials.
- Editing short-form and long-form video content, including reels, clips, interviews, and podcast excerpts.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintaining organized files, creative assets, outreach records, and project trackers.
- Publishing and scheduling content across social media platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–3 years of experience creating content for multiple social media platforms.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written communication skills with a professional outreach style.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership.
- Ability to analyze engagement metrics and identify performance trends.
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, and CapCut.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and social media scheduling tools.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar productivity platforms.
- Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
- Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
