We’re expanding our Spanish-speaking department and looking for a talented individual who wants to grow with us!
This is an opportunity to join a developing department, work alongside an experienced financial advisor, receive professional training, and advance your career into financial restoration or leadership.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Connect with potential clients through phone calls, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Help clients book consultations and stay on track with appointment reminders and follow-ups.
- Build positive relationships and provide outstanding client service.
- Assist our financial advisor and support clients throughout their financial journey.
- Receive training to eventually guide clients through budgeting, credit rebuilding, and financial restoration.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Completed university degree.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, confident personality.
- Experience in customer service, sales, banking, or financial services preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and using online business tools.
- Available to work Canadian business hours.
- Own computer, reliable high-speed internet, and a private, quiet workspace.
