At Xpotential, we provide world-class outsourcing solutions for dental clinics across the United States. We are looking for a passionate Bilingual Customer Service Agent with advanced English skills and a strong commitment to customer service.

What will you do in this role?

Handle incoming calls from patients of dental clinics in the U.S. in English.

Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using a specialized dental practice management system.

Guide patients regarding their healthcare needs, procedures, and insurance coverage.

Address questions and objections with empathy, turning every call into a positive experience.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Comply with confidentiality and privacy standards (HIPAA regulations).

Meet quality, efficiency, and appointment conversion targets.

The profile we are looking for:

Advanced or bilingual English proficiency (minimum B2–C1 level) — the operation is 100% in English.

Experience in customer service, call centers,



or BPO operations (healthcare experience is a plus).

Proficiency in digital tools and appointment scheduling systems.

Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills.

A discreet, organized, and results-oriented professional with a strong focus on meeting performance metrics.

- Educación mínima: Universidad / Carrera técnica
- 1 año de experiencia
- Idiomas: Inglés
- Licencias de conducir: B2 ,C1
