We are looking for experienced Architects / Architectural Project Managers based in Colombia to join a US-based team working on high-quality architectural projects in New York City .

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect who has strong Project Management experience , excellent English communication skills, strong Revit skills, and a solid technical background in architectural design and construction documentation.

About the Role

As an Architectural Project Manager , you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from inception through completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high technical standard.

You will work closely with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality deliverables.

The projects will focus primarily on multifamily and mixed-use buildings in New York City , including medium-rise and high-rise developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage architectural projects throughout different phases of design and documentation.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, deliverables, and budgets.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across multidisciplinary teams.
- Review architectural designs and construction documents for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and construction documents.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable industry standards, regulations, and project requirements.




- Work closely with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure effective design coordination.
- Identify potential project issues and proactively develop solutions.
- Provide technical and project leadership to architectural teams.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with deadlines, scope, and quality expectations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Project Manager or similar role in an Architectural company.
- Strong experience managing architectural projects from design through construction documentation.
- Experience with multifamily and/or mixed-use buildings is highly preferred.
- Experience with medium-rise and/or high-rise projects is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit for architectural design and construction documentation.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and architectural detailing.
- Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent English is required — strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote, US-based environment .

What We're Looking For

We are looking for architects who combine strong technical expertise with real project management experience .

The adecuado candidate is someone who can not only produce and review high-quality architectural documentation, but also lead teams, coordinate consultants, communicate confidently with stakeholders, and take ownership of project outcomes .

Experience working with US-based architecture firms, NYC projects, US building codes, or international clients is a strong plus.
