The Personal Injury Litigation Legal Assistant provides administrative, legal, and operational support to attorneys and paralegals throughout the lifecycle of a personal injury case.

The main purpose of the position is to ensure cases move forward efficiently, legal documentation is properly managed, deadlines are met, and clients receive timely communication and support.

In other words, the Legal Assistant helps attorneys focus on legal strategy and case resolution by handling essential day-to-day legal operations.

KeyResponsibilities

- Maintain,organize, andupdatedigitalclientfileswithinourcasemanagementsoftware.

- Manageattorneycalendars,scheduledepositions,clientmeetings, andmediations, andtrackstrictcourtdeadlines.

- Actas aprimary point of contact for the clients.

- Order,track, andfollowuponessentialcaserecords(medicalrecords,billingstatements,policereports, andinsurancedetails).

- Handle e-filingwithcourts,

- Advanced Englishlevel.
