Go Local Promotions is a Miami-based promotional marketing and staffing company for airport travel retail, founded in 2015. Our back-office team works remotely from Colombia and keeps the US business running smoothly.
We're looking for an accountant who knows US multi-entity accounting and likes making processes better. You'll report to the Accounting Supervisor, own the accounts receivable cycle, and help with US entity accounting and month-end closes.
What you'll do âœ”ï¸ Support monthly closes across several US entities and business units.
âœ”ï¸ Own the full AR cycle: invoicing, cash application, and collections.
âœ”ï¸ Keep fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and recurring accruals up to date.
âœ”ï¸ Build schedules and financial analysis for leadership when they need it.
âœ”ï¸ Find ways to make our accounting processes simpler and faster.
What we're looking for
🔹 Licensed public accountant (Contador Público).
🔹 3+ years of end-to-end accounting experience, ideally at a multinational or mid-sized company.
🔹 Real experience with multi-entity accounting and intercompany balances.
🔹 Knowledge of US accounting and statutory compliance.
🔹 Advanced Excel and QuickBooks.
🔹 Advanced English (B2/C1) for daily written and spoken work.
