Accounting Clerk Jr

? Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Colombia Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Clerk to join our team. This position will support both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions while contributing to the company's accounting and financial reporting processes. The idóneo candidate is organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately enter vendor invoices and payables on a daily basis.
- Communicate with vendors via phone and email to obtain required freight delivery documentation.
- Generate and distribute customer invoices through designated channels, including customer portals and email.
- Maintain accurate records of AR transactions using Microsoft Excel.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment status.
- Process vendor documentation efficiently and within established timelines.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports to the Team Leader.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.




- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within accounting operations.

Qualifications
- Preferred background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- English Level B2
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
