Pay Joy in Colombia seeks a Senior Retail Marketing Manager to drive growth at the point of sale via the store network. You will own in-store marketing strategy, consumer journey, visibility and partner co-marketing to boost customer acquisition and sell-out efficiency.
You will lead a small team, work with Sales, Partnerships, Risk and Regional Marketing, and ensure strict budget, compliance and brand standards while turning regional plans into local results.
