Senior Staff Accountant – Family OfficeMedellín / Bogotá — Hybrid | Full-time (US Calendar)At Shareholder Services, we're looking for a skilled Senior Staff Accountant who can ensure accuracy and integrity across our U.S.-based entities while supporting a fast-paced, multi-entity family office.What you'll do- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and general ledger transactions- Own account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for assigned entities- Manage AP/AR transactions, cash reconciliations,



and payroll validation- Prepare schedules and documentation for internal and external audits- Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve speed and accuracy in accounting processes- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, and OperationsWhat we're looking for- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with general ledger and reconciliations- Experience in multi-entity or high-volume environments (preferred)- Prior experience with US-based or multinational companies- Strong knowledge of NetSuite and/or QuickBooks- Advanced Excel and solid GAAP knowledge- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)#J-18808-Ljbffr
