Our client is a fast-growing, publicly listed premium and luxury fitness operator based in Riyadh. Its founders previously built and sold two of the region’s largest gym chains.

The company runs 15 large-format gyms in Riyadh (3,500–4,500 m² each) with more than 200 trainers from around 25 nationalities. A pipeline of 31 gyms is confirmed, 16 of them already under construction, and the company plans to hire around 30 international GXPTs in 2027 to support this growth.

The role

As a Group Exercise & Personal Trainer, you deliver group fitness classes across several formats and coach members one-to-one in personal training. You join one of our client’s Riyadh gyms, in a team of 10–15 trainers per location, with a full relocation package to Saudi Arabia.

Pilates and yoga specialists are also sought for the same programme.

Key responsibilities

- Teach 12–15 group fitness classes per week in your strongest formats (e.g. functional training, barbell/pump, combat, Pilates, yoga), with strong music synchronisation and coaching cues.
- Cover colleagues’ classes when needed,



within the contractual limit of 18 classes per week.
- Build and retain a personal training client base and meet monthly PT session targets.
- Deliver a premium member experience in line with the brand’s high operating standards.
- Work as part of a multinational team and contribute to class quality and member engagement.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science or Physical Education (required to ease the Saudi work visa).Where a country does not offer this degree, the highest recognised national qualification (e.g. a sports federation certification) is reviewed case by case.
- Good to fluent spoken English.
- Proven experience teaching group fitness in several formats.
- Ability to deliver personal training sessions.

Nice to have

Pilates and/or yoga certification.

Fixed monthly salary + Commission (35% on PT sessions) + Air flights (initial flight and an annual return ticket home) + Housing (subsidised 1,200 SAR/month no commute)
