Trolley is seeking a Head of integral talent operations to own the client program’s talent function end-to-end. You will manage the unit’s P&L;, budget, forecast and cash view, lead the recruiter pool and administrative staff, and ensure rigorous financial controls and service levels.
You will coordinate with client leaders and internal functions to deliver about thirty hires in six to seven months while maintaining tight onboarding, payroll, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
