About the Role

As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll run marketing day to day across all five properties, reporting to the Commercial Director. This is a hands-on role. You’ll set the marketing calendar and rhythm, direct the team and partners, and make sure the right work lands on time.

You’ll direct a performance marketing lead, a social media and influencer lead, an in-house graphic design team and a videographer. You’ll work closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Distribution and each property’s General Manager.

The role matters because the marketing machine is already running and now needs someone to scale it smartly. That means growing social media strategically, measuring ROI across every channel, and recommending where to invest more, test or pull back. Strong performers can grow into a Director-level role.

Responsibilities

- Co-create and execute a data-driven social media growth strategy across the properties.
- Lead multi-property 360° seasonal campaigns from concept through launch.
- Own the marketing calendar, budget and KPIs, including channel ROI and social growth.
- Direct the performance, design, social, influencer and content partners, and challenge them on the right things.
- Track ROI across paid, email, influencer,



partnership and PR channels, and turn the numbers into budget recommendations.
- Scale existing channels and test new ones, such as affiliate marketing.
- Coordinate with Sales, Revenue Management, Distribution and property GMs as the conductor across teams.
- Act as steward of each property’s brand voice and visual identity across every channel.

Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience across multiple channels and digital content.
- A well-rounded generalist who spikes in growth or social media.
- A proven record of building and executing high-growth social media strategies, with follower and engagement growth to show for it.
- Comfortable with attribution, conversion funnels and channel ROI, and able to turn data into budget recommendations.
- Experience directing contractors, agencies or cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing creative production, including writing briefs and coordinating photo and video shoots.
- Highly organized, self-driven and accountable, with a track record of keeping projects on schedule.
- An eye for design and respect for brand identity.
- Uses AI tools daily for content, research and productivity.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-Haves

- Experience at lifestyle or consumer-facing brands, such as boutique brands or scaled startups.
- Hospitality, travel or vacation rental experience. This is a plus, not a requirement.
- Experience with OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia) and direct booking strategy.
- Affiliate marketing or brand partnership experience.
- Experience working with US companies or US clients.
