We’re seeking an experienced Bilingual Bankruptcy Case Manager to join a boutique U.S. law firm with offices in West Palm Beach, Florida, and Puerto Rico. The adecuado candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases , with strong client communication skills in English and Spanish .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage bankruptcy cases from intake through case preparation.
- Collect, review, and organize financial and legal documentation.
- Communicate with clients and follow up on outstanding documents.
- Monitor deadlines, case progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist attorneys and paralegals with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings.

Requirements

- Experience with U.S. bankruptcy cases (Chapter 7 and/or Chapter 13).
- Previous experience as a Case Manager, Paralegal, or Legal Assistant.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases.
- Experience with bankruptcy case management software is a plus.
- Location: 100% Remote – Latin America
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time
- Employment: Full-Time, Long-Term
