What we're looking for:

3+ years of experience in NOC operations, Internet Service Providers (ISP), telecommunications, or network infrastructure support.

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools, incident management, and Cisco or equivalent networking technologies.

English proficiency: B2 or higher.

Technical degree, technologist degree, or bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

- Active Cisco CCNA Certification (official certification, not just course completion).
- Experience with fiber-optic networks, GPON/XGS-PON, and OLT/ONT/ONU equipment.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, or Wireshark.
