Responsibilities

- Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities
- Drive revenue for TikTok by strengthening or opening partnerships across the territory
- Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions to all clients
- Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective industries
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
- Design innovative strategies aligned with client business goals
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services
- Ensure that our advertising partners receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
- Manage your own pipeline of opportunities to drive business growth
- Manage an accurate forecast to identify needs and opportunities of the market

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Must be willing to work in Bogota, Colombia
- Proficient in Spanish and English with writing, communication and interpersonal skills due to working with clients & stakeholders in those markets who speak those languages.
- Experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience.
- Experience working with key stakeholders and building relationships
- Experience in account management / client services roles (external or internal)
- Track record of interpersonal relationship skills across teams




- Business objectives understanding from marketing perspective and above

Preferred Qualifications

- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
- Experience in public speaking with different audiences
- Experience in digital marketing and understanding of digital platforms ecosystems, lower funnel objectives is a plus
- Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying
- A team player and collaborator
- Previous work with the Peruvian market is a plus
