Full-Time - Independent Contractor | Remote | Latin America

StratifyIQ is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join its growing team. This role combines customer support with active sales responsibilities, including inbound and outbound calls, SMS, and email communication. The ideal candidate has a background in BPO or call center environments, is comfortable managing a high volume of customer interactions, and has a sales-oriented mindset focused on turning conversations into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle a high volume of customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls, SMS, and email.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with leads, re-engage prospects, and generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products or services, and convert leads into sales.
- Manage warm leads and maintain consistent follow-up across multiple channels to maximize conversion rates.
- Use Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar, to manage communications, track activities, and organize daily workflows.
- Maintain accurate customer records, interaction logs, and sales pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, call volume, and sales conversions.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a BPO, call center, customer service, or sales environment.
- Proven experience handling high volumes of customer interactions across multiple communication channels.
- Strong outbound calling, lead follow-up, and sales closing skills.
- Experience using Google Workspace, particularly Gmail and Google Sheets.




- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
- Comfort working with CRM systems and performance-based KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in sales-focused customer service or inside sales roles.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, dialers, and customer communication tools.
- Experience managing warm leads, nurturing prospects, and following up through multiple channels.

- Customer inquiries are handled promptly, accurately, and professionally across all channels.
- Warm leads are followed up consistently and converted into sales at a strong rate.
- Customer satisfaction, response times, and call volume targets are met on a regular basis.
- CRM records and pipeline updates are complete, accurate, and current.

Work Environment
