TripleTen is an EdTech company that designs and runs tech career learning programs for the US and Latin American markets. We are looking for a Student Retention Specialist to support students in their learning journey and help them stay committed to their educational goals.
This role is fully remote with a Mon-Fri schedule. You will engage with students, manage renewals, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with a diverse team to improve retention and outcomes.
