Unox, market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified Great Place to Work, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join the Unox Colombia. The idóneo candidate should be comfortable making numerous calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Main responsibilities

- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers, following up with new customers, and building long-lasting relationships.
- Evaluates competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends, identifying sales opportunities.
- Analyzes the needs of different leads/prospects and provides them with information and, if necessary, solutions.
- Defines priorities among the various leads/prospects in line with the shared commercial strategy.
- Manages accounts by answering phone and/or email inquiries, updating all relevant information, and generating follow-ups.
- Develops accounts by reviewing customers' purchase history, suggesting related items, and updating them on new products.
- Manages customer records and prepares appropriate updates.




- Collects the VoC (Voice of Customer).
- Manages relationships with various internal departments (Marketing, Service, Orders, IT, etc.).
- Supports CRM data cleaning, enrichment, and data quality improvement activities.
- Ensures sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups are correctly recorded in the CRM.
- Develops existing accounts by identifying new needs and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels
- Proven organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Degree in Languages, Economics, or related fields is required
- Communication Skills
