Showroom & Sales Assistant — English Required - customer service

Pianeta Legno LATAM S.A.S., an international supplier of premium hardwood flooring, is hiring a Showroom & Sales Assistant for its Bogotá showroom.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome clients and present our flooring collections.
- Handle phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
- Send quotations prepared by our Miami team and follow up with clients.
- Develop relationships with architects and interior designers and arrange appointments.
- Maintain customer records, organize samples, and keep the showroom ready for visitors.
- Coordinate customer and project needs with our Miami team.

Requirements:

- Strong spoken and written Spanish and English. English will be assessed during the interview.
- Professional appearance, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
- Initiative, organization, and consistent follow-through.
- Proficiency in email, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp.
- Showroom, furniture, design, or customer service experience preferred.

Product training provided.
