Full Stack Developer - Spring Boot Developer — AI Coding Agents (Mid/Senior)

About the Role:

We're looking for talented professionals based in Colombia for long-term remote opportunities.

What you will do:

Your Responsabilities

- Collaborate closely with the business team to understand customer needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Develop clean, efficient and testable code using Spring Boot.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and help scale the application into a general running product.
- Use AI coding agents throughout development, reviewing and validating their output to ensure quality, security and reliability.
- Break down complex tasks into smaller deliverables and contribute to realistic delivery timelines.
- Contribute across the product lifecycle, from requirements and technical design to implementation, testing, deployment and ongoing improvement.




- Take responsibility for your work and collaborate with the team to continuously improve the product and development practices.
- 4+ years of hands-on software development experience, with deep knowledge of Spring Boot.
- Strong software architecture skills and the ability to make and explain technical decisions.
- Daily, practical experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar tools.
- Leadership experience or the potential to take on technical leadership responsibilities.
- A university degree with a strong academic record.
- Strong interest in finance, technology and digitalisation.
- Full English proficiency for daily communication with international teams.
- A collaborative, innovative and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership
