Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Growth Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.
You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will own campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Linked In and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets, and deliver measurable ROAS improvements while maintaining strong client relationships.
