- $** Daily We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Long-Term Substitute Special Education Teacher to support students in our grade 4-6 resource riin at Elm Street School. Applicants should have or be willing to develop the following skills Experience Working With Students With Disabilities Preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with students, families, and staff. Ability to follow and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)



and behavior support plans. Ability to provide structured, supportive, and engaging instruction for students with diverse learning needs. Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques in literacy and mathematics preferred. Willingness to learn and implement individualized strategies, supports, and accommodations based on student needs. Ability to work collaboratively with special education staff, educational technicians, related service providers, and general education staff.
