The program lasts for six months. Our goal is to empower potential young people through first job opportunity learning about supporting intern clients as well as feedback constant to improve knowledge in the daily.After the program ends, if the business has the necessity, and the student performance was over expectations, opportunities may be offered, as hiring. ~ResponsibilitiesOperations support1 Perform prior verification with managers of personal data of programmed income (Email and personal cell phone for contact before the first day)2 Follow up on the delivery of welcome kits, office supplies, and others to the new hires.3 Updating of deliveries of welcome kit, equipment, and others in control databases4 Delivery of addresses to Bogotá updated for shipments5 Inventory delivery and control of corporate cards6 Inventory and update of POP and BU's purchases7 Support in local purchases and follow-up receipts.8 Support in the diligence of special formats such as corporate cards, provision of information such as SAP IDHR support1 Affiliation to social security2 Local file and review of documents in folders used3 Send supplier contact - follow up to specific cases of employees with suppliers (Compensation, prepaid, Insurance)4 Citations of agendas for onboarding according to position and/or POD.5 ARL cards` delivery6 Report employees change of city when they have the approval to work from home.8 Update general employee data.9 Support in sending and updating documentation such as contracts and ""manuales de funciones"" Qualifications : - Administrative assistant program or HR assistant. - Basic office programs knowledge. - Authorization from SENA entities to perform internships.
