While it may sound cliché, we’re looking for a someone with Trade Marketing, Revenue Management experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).
Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to the Distributor Markets and Customer / Revenue Management & eComm Director (Latam), you will be responsible for Identifying growth opportunities and defining strategic customer roadmaps, making sure they are aligned with the organization strategy and goals. In addition, you will provide guidance and support to all commercial areas (Sales, Trade & Business Intelligence) to ensure the development of customers, channels as well as incremental opportunities for the business. There will be focus on lead trade investment projects, helping to optimize deflator resources, guiding the decision-making process to ensure resources optimization. So, if you have ideas, we want to hear them! The right person for this role will work closely with our Trade Marketing, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain and external customers. Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
Ideally you will have similar experience at a senior level gained within the consumer/ personal care industry.
In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:
- Education/qualification in Business, Marketing, Finance or related subject
- Experience in either Trade Marketing, Revenue Management, Sales and Category Management
- Significant experience of identifying growth opportunities across the LatAm region including new/actual channels & customers
- Experience of Profitable Trade Spend – Deflator Management
- Proficient in Power BI, Billa, HPL, Promax, Merchandisers Store Check, Nielsen / Kantar
- Understanding of the consumer retail journey and associated processes
- Confident presenter with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences
- Strong commercial analytical skills, including price analysis
- People management experience
- Ecommerce experience (desirable)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
