What success looks like in this role ​

· Day to Day Work: In this role you will: Do you want to acquire experience working with Workday and supporting associates and HR team? Our LAC Talent Acquisition team wants to speak with you! In this position you will support in process documentation, maintain knowledge bases and will also have the opportunity to interact with vendors and HR team members. Apply to learn more!


· Specific initiatives/projects they can expect to work on or lead. You will have opportunity to lead as key contributor to the Talent Acquisition, by collecting information to define HR content for knowledge base and/or HR portals;

· Ensures that all content is updated, maintained, and accessible to appropriate parties based on updates provided by stakeholder groups, as well as the Talent Acquisition functions;

· Responds to content questions and requests within the Talent Acquisition function;

· Tools and Technologies, you will use: Workday and Microsoft Office tools;

· Builds productive internal/external working relationships. 

· Team environment: Connects with Talent Acquisition team to investigate, identify, and address opportunities to improve the knowledge base and corresponding HR content;

·*Minimum Education Required: Student from Profession degree: Last semester of Psychologist, Business administration or similar that requires of the intership to graduate

·*Minimum year’s relevant experience required. Not required

·*Key Skills: Technical and Soft Skills: Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT, etc). Workday (or similar tools). English full skill. Costumer services, analytic skills and excellent attention to detail, proactive to learn, curious, go further of the requirements. Team work & organized.
