We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join the Change Community of Practice within the COO - Transformation Team.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the management and co-ordination of prioritised projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that the project goals and benefits are delivered to the agreed Business Case.

As part of the Change Community of Practice, you may be required to support a variety of areas across the business, acting as a key interface between the sponsors, stakeholders, technology, and delivery teams.

**The difference you’ll make.**
- Leading development of the project plan through sourcing and analysis of information from teams and stakeholders.
- Controlling the project timeline, cost and benefit profile and obtaining governance approval for any changes to the baseline Business Case.
- Building strong relationships across the project team and stakeholders in support of effective collaboration and successful delivery of the Business Case.

**What you’ll bring.**
- Experience of agile and waterfall project management methodologies with examples of structuring and delivering projects within both environments.
- Experience working in cross-functional, multiple location project / programme teams, leading up to 10 resources, in a matrix environment is required.

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Sound knowledge of programme management, with experience in project / programme teams that delivered successfully.




- Experience in producing excellent written communications that simplify complex issues into clear and concise messages.
- Ability to deliver multiple objectives concurrently within a pressurised environment to deal with change and be versátil with the change approach.
- PRINCE 2 practitioner or PMP certification.

**What else you need to know.**

This role is currently home based until coronavirus restrictions are lifted. Once lifted you will be required to work a hybrid working pattern between home and our offices in London.

This is a secondment position for 24 months.
